If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return up to 7 days after receipt of the item. Please email us to arrange the refund. We will immediately refund 100% of the price of the item upon receipt of the item. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

We work very hard to give accurate and complete descriptions of each specimen but given the morphology of the mineral some extent could vary. Our goal is to provide photos that give a true picture of the specimen without enhancement. You should understand that looking at a photograph of a specimen is not a substitute for holding the actual specimen in your hand.

Customs charges / duties

The buyer is responsible for paying all customs charges or associated duties when minerals are shipped to foreign countries.

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any specimen.
