If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return up to 7 days after receipt of the item. Please email us to arrange the refund. We will immediately refund 100% of the price of the item upon receipt of the item. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

If a specimen is broken during shipping, we will issue a refund.

Nous travaillons très dur pour donner des descriptions précises et complètes de chaque spécimen mais compte tenu de la morphologie du minéral certaine mesure pourrait varier. Notre objectif est de fournir des photos donnant une image fidèle du spécimen sans amélioration. Vous devez comprendre que regarder une photographie d’un spécimen ne remplace pas le fait de tenir le spécimen réel dans votre main.

Customs charges / duties

The buyer is responsible for paying all customs charges or associated duties when minerals are shipped to foreign countries.

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any specimen.
