Minerals LAB Mine, Black Lake

The Lac D’Amiante mine is a huge mine located in the municipality of Thetford Mines. Over the years, the Lac D’Amiante mine has produced world-class green andradite crystals. The mine was closed in 2011 and the site is no longer accessible.
